 Remark
This is a good table fish. When cooked, the light colored meat of big eye tuna becomes gray and dense, with a pleasant taste resembling that of terrestrial animals'. The soup has a very good taste. This fish should be used for natural conserves and those in oil, and for making fillets and culinary preparations. The dark colored meat should be used for fish meal.
